A lot qualifies as a Vastu pick when its front faces north or east, its plot has a regular shape, and it does not front a confident T-junction. We distinguish a possible T-junction from a confident one and never over-claim — facing and geometry come straight from the builder's lot feed (Zonda), updated daily.
